Create & Edit Locations & Fields

There are three basic steps to automatically creating a match or practice schedule:

  1. Create your locations and fields
  2. Create a scheduling group
  3. Create a scheduling event

Creating locations and fields

A location, much like a soccer complex or field complex, will have one or more fields assigned to it.

Steps to create a location:

  1. Go to Admin>>Scheduler>>Locations and Fields
  2. Click on Add Location
  3. Give your new location a name
  4. Click Add Location

Steps to edit a Location:

  1. Go to Admin>>Scheduler>>Locations and Fields
  2. Click on the edit pencil by the location you wish to edit
  3. Edit the Location and click Update

Steps to create fields:

  1. Go to Admin>>Scheduler>>Locations and Fields
  2. Expand the desired location and click Add Field
  3. Enter a Field Name and click Add Field

Steps to edit a field:

  1. Go to Admin>>Scheduler>>Locations and Fields
  2. Expand the desired location
  3. Click on the edit pencil by the field in question
  4. Make your changes
  5. Click Update
