There are three basic steps to automatically creating a match or practice schedule:
- Create your locations and fields
- Create a scheduling group
- Create a scheduling event
Creating locations and fields
A location, much like a soccer complex or field complex, will have one or more fields assigned to it.

Steps to create a location:
- Go to Admin>>Scheduler>>Locations and Fields
- Click on Add Location
- Give your new location a name
- Click Add Location
Steps to edit a Location:
- Go to Admin>>Scheduler>>Locations and Fields
- Click on the edit pencil by the location you wish to edit
- Edit the Location and click Update
Steps to create fields:
- Go to Admin>>Scheduler>>Locations and Fields
- Expand the desired location and click Add Field
- Enter a Field Name and click Add Field
Steps to edit a field:
- Go to Admin>>Scheduler>>Locations and Fields
- Expand the desired location
- Click on the edit pencil by the field in question
- Make your changes
- Click Update
