Post and Email Rosters

Team Rosters can be easily posted so your members can view their team assignmentsand team player and personnel contact info. Once the rosters are posted users willhave a link from their My Account screen to view the contact information of the other players on their team and ONLY those players. They will not have access to other teams' contact information.

Steps to Post Rosters

  1. Go to Teams>>Team Listing
  2. You can post individual team rosters by clicking "Post Roster" next to the team ORyou can post all of the teams in that division by clicking on "Post All Rosters" (youcan un-post a roster even after its been posted by clicking on the "Unpost" button onthis screen)
  3. Once a roster has been posted the players/parents will be able to access their team’s roster/schedule by clicking on the "View Roster & Schedule" link from their My Account screen

Steps to email rosters:

Team Rosters can be emailed to players and personnel. Emailing the roster will automatically send the roster information to team members.

  1. Go to Teams>>Team Listing
  2. Click the "Email Rosters" button next to the team you wish to email rosters to
  3. Select individuals to email roster to and click "Email Rosters" at the bottom of the screen
