Mass Shifting Games

After a schedule has been created, you can mass shift a set of games instead of having to change each game individually.  This feature comes in handy for rain outs where an entire weekend’s worth of games were cancelled.

Steps to Mass Shift Games in a Scheduling Event:

1. Go to Admin>>Scheduler>>Scheduling Events
2. Select the Scheduling Group
3. Click on the Mass Shift link next to the event you wish to edit
4. Click the check box next to the games that you want to shift.  You can filter the games by any of the column headers.  This is especially useful if you need to shift all matches for a particular location or field and a particular date!
5. Select a date range where you want the matches to be shifted.  To shift the matches to a particular day then put the same date in both date fields.
   
6. Click the fields that you want the matches to be re-scheduled on.
   
   1. To check availability for that field, click on the Check Availability button.
   2. Choose a date and then click Go
   3. Time slots in red are not available.  You can roll over the time slot with your mouse and the match details will appear.
      
7. Choose whether you would like to shift the matches based on previously configured preferences, or to disregard those and shift the messages solely based on the day start and end time that you specify.
8. Click Mass Shift Matches button at the very bottom to re-schedule the matches.
9. You will see a confirmation message telling you that the matches were shifted successfully.
   
   1. The shifted matches will appear in bold font for easy viewing
10. To accept the changes, click Accept Schedule.  To reject the changes, click Reject Schedule.
11. You’re done!
