Creating Scheduling Groups

A scheduling group is a group of teams that will be grouped together for matches and practices.

Steps to create a Scheduling Group:

  1. Go to Admin>>Scheduler>>Scheduling Groups
  2. Click on Create Scheduling Group
  3. Input the name for the scheduling group
  4. Select the Program and Division of the new scheduling group
  5. Choose which teams should be grouped together by clicking on them to highlight them and click on ">".
  6. You can add an External Team, a team that was not built using the team builder, by typing the name of the team and clicking Update
  7. Click Create

 Steps to edit a Scheduling Group

  1. Go to Admin>>Scheduler>>Scheduling Groups
  2. Click on the pencil icon next to the Scheduling Group you wish to edit
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click on Update
