The Transfer & Cancel Report is a quick, convenient way to review player transfers and order cancellations processed on your site during a set time frame. There are two view options when running the report, one which will show you all cancellations and one which will show you all transfers processed on your site. Once the report is generated, you will have the ability to filter for particular names, orders, etc, as well as the option to export it to excel to save on your computer.
- Go to Admin >> Reports >> Transfer & Cancel Report
- Select the desired date range
- Choose either Cancel or Transfer for the report type
- Select the Source Program (original program for which the player registered) or leave it as “All” (which will include all active programs on the site)
- Select the Source Division (original division for which the player registered) or leave it as “All” (which will include all active divisions on the site)
- Click Search
- If desired, Export to Excel
*NOTE- while it isn’t reflected on the screenshot above, the report will include payment information as well so you can see exactly how much money was paid for the original order as well as the new order created during the transfer/cancel.
