Team Directory Detail Report

The team directory detail report allows you to create team roster reports for any of the created teams on your site. The following fields will appear on the report:
  1. Player Name
  2. Account Name
  3. Account Phone Number
  4. Account E-mail
  5. Volunteer Role
  6. Volunteer Name
  7. Volunteer E-mail
  8. Volunteer Phone Number

Steps to Run the Team Directory Detail Report:

  1. Go to Admin>>Reports>>>Team Directory Detail Report
  2. Select a Program and a Division from the drop down list (you can select a Team as well but it isn't required)
     
  3. You have the option of including additional volunteer, player and account information to the report. In the Additional fields section, click on "click here to add new column" to add additional fields.
  4. You can also add Additional Player Info or Additional Volunteer Info data fields to the report by using the Custom Questions section.
  5. Click on View Report to run the report. You can choose to export the report to Excel or PDF.
