With our Payment Plans feature, you are allowed to manage installments for any of your players. This includes being able to search for players with installments due, send email reminders about installments, and make payments for parents towards their pending installments.
Steps to Send Payment Reminder Emails
- Go to Admin >> Order Management >> Manage Installments
- On the Manage Installments screen, you can search or sort the installments that are due by several categories: Due Date, Order ID, Account Name, Player Name, Program Name, Division Name, Amount Due, Plan Name, or Installment Fee.
- Once you know which people you need to email, you can select any and all of them to send an email reminder:
- You will be able to view the email that will be sent. Click Send Mail to send the payment reminder e-mail to the parent(s).
- The parent will receive an email that looks like this:
- From that email, the parent can login to their account and easily make a payment. ***Note: the payment plans are all set up to send an automatic email reminder one week before a payment is due.***
Steps to Make Payments through Manage Installments
As an admin, you can make payments to a payment plan in two ways: through Manage Installments or through Open Orders.
- Go to Admin >> Order Management >> Manage Installments.
***The open orders will show up by each account’s installment due date***
- Click on Make Payments for the installment you wish to make a payment towards.
- The Make Payments screen will show you the open order and give you the option to pay for any or all of the installments.
- Simply choose which installments you want to make a payment for, add any necessary information, and submit the payment!
Steps to Make Payments through Open Orders
- Go to Admin >> Order Management >> Open Orders
- Find the correct order and click on Receive Payments for that Order
- Same as above, you will see a payment screen that will allow you to make a payment on any or all of the installments in the open order.
- Submit the payment as you would any open order payment, and you’re done!
