Archive / UnArchive User Accounts:
Deleting/Archiving a user account disables the account so that the user cannot login, restricts the user from receiving bulk emails, and removes the user from all other listings (Admin Manual Order, Orders, etc).
To Archive a User Account:
There are two ways you can archive (delete) a user:
- In the Admin Menu, go to the User Accounts page and simply click the “x” by the Username.

OR
- Go to the User Accounts page and click the Edit Pencil next to the desired user and then click the Delete button.

To UnArchive a User Account:
- In the Admin Menu, go to the User Accounts page
- Scroll over the downward facing triangle and click on UnArchive Users.

- Search for the Archived account via User Name, First Name, Last Name, or E-mail Address.

- Click the UnArchive User button next to the desired account.

The user will now be able to access the account again as well as appear in Admin Manual Order, Bulk Email distribution list, etc.
*Note- If you don't want to delete the user and you still want them to appear on the listings (Orders, Admin Manual Order, etc.) and still receive Newsletters (Bulk Email) but you want to lock them out of their account, you can click the Edit Pencil next to the User and then UnAuthorize them:
