Email Statistics

Email Statistics tracks all of the Newsletters sent on your site. With the click of a button, you’ll see copies of all emails sent, date and time stamps, the sender’s username, and read counts!

In order to view your email statistics, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Admin >> Newsletters
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Email Statistics” button
3. Notice the Date and Time, Sender, and Subject of each Newsletter.
4. Click on “View” to see the content of the newsletter that was sent.
5. Notice the Queued, Duplicate, Unsubscribed, Invalid, Bounced, Sent, and Read columns.
   1. Queued: Total number of emails included in your Email List.
   2. Duplicate: Emails included more than once.
   3. Unsubscribed: Addresses that previously unsubscribed from receiving your emails.
   4. Invalid: Invalid email addresses.
   5. Previous Bounced: Addresses that previously bounced back.
   6. *Sent: Total number of actual emails sent out
   7. Read: Total number of emails read

**Sent Mail Amount = Queued - Duplicate - Unsubscribed - Invalid - Bounced.***
