Payment Plans

The Payment Plan feature allows you to create custom payment plans for any division. This can be extremely useful in your higher-priced divisions where a series of smaller payments may be necessary for some of your members. You can set up as many payment plan options as you need in any division. Keep in mind, that if you apply a payment plan mid-registration, it is NOT retro-active. Parents who have already registered will not have access to a new payment plan, so set up your payment plans as you set up your division!

Steps to Create & Edit Payment Plans

  1. Go to Edit Divisions
  2. Select the correct Program for the Division you want to edit
  3. Click on Payment Plans to the right of the Division for which you want to create a payment plan (next to View Enrollment):
  4. Once you are in Payment Plans, you can create a Plan Name and Description for the plan you want to offer. At this point, you will also be able to determine the number of installments, the amount of each installment, and when each installment is due. You can also asses an Installment Fee for each payment installment. ***Note: When determining the period, you will have to select a set date for each installment. The first installment can be paid at the time of checkout. Every installment after the first will have to be paid by the date that you set.
  5. Click Save when you are finished creating the Payment Plan, which will take you back to the Edit Divisions page. When you click on Payment Plans again, you will see your new plan and be able to view, edit, delete, deactivate, or copy it:
  6. You can add as many payment plans as you need, simply by following the above steps. If you need to edit a plan, simply click on Edit next to the plan and scroll down to the Add/Edit Plan section to edit and save your plan.

What the Parent Sees

  1. Once you have created the Payment Plan(s), your members will be able to choose one of those options and begin making payments.
  2. When they come to the final screen for their order, they will see an option for the payment plan(s):
  3. After they complete the order, the parent will be able to go back to the My Account screen, and click on Make Payments under Pending Installments:
  4. Within the Make Payments screen, the parent can choose to pay as many installments as he/she wants:
  5. As an Admin, you will be able to manage your members’ installments under Manage Installments.
