New to Blue Sombrero? No problem!  First thing is first, bookmark our support site (Blue Sombrero Support Site).  Here’s a quick run-through of what you’ll need to get your site up and running.  Follow the steps below and you will be open for registration in no time!

7 Easy Steps to Launch

1. Watch the training video- Get a good overview of our service.
2. Build your programs- customize what information you want to collect during registration.
3. Set up your divisions- creating age ranges, open/close dates, price, etc.
4. Configure your Site Settings and Payment Configuration- Decide which payment methods to accept on your site, customize email message content and more.
5. Add Content to your homepage- Create content for your visitors to see when they arrive on your site.
6. Do a test Registration- Admin Manual Order or Log out as the admin, and click Register in upper left as the parent would and submit a Registration
7. Announce it and Go Live!- Send out a bulk email to your members that registration is open!
