Manual Entries
It is possible for an admin to register a player themselves by using their administrative account. This can be beneficial if you are registering someone that does not fall within the proper date ranges, if they are registering late, if you wish to adjust the price of the division or if they mailed in a paper form.
Steps to register a participant logged in as the admin
- Log in with your username/password
- Go to Admin >> Order Management >> Admin Manual Order
**note- you can also utilize the Quick Search feature here if you are attempting to process a manual registration for an existing customer!
- If customer does not have an account click on Add New Customer
- While adding a new customer, if you enter an email address that is already associated with another account on your site, you will be prompted to either Continue Creating a New Account or Search for Existing User.
- If you choose to Search for the User, you can enter the email address in question, select email from the dropdown menu, and click on the magnifying glass to search for the Account.
- If customer has an account select their name in the drop down box

- From their My Account Screen click Register Now on the right side
**You may need to add the participant. If so click the green plus sign next to Add Participant**
- The available divisions will appear. If registering up a division you will need to click More to view ALL divisions
- Select division and click next
- At shopping cart you can edit the price by entering a new amount under “Edit Price” then click next
- Continue through the following screens, filling out all appropriate information and clicking continue until you reach the checkout screen
- Click submit on checkout screen.
**All payment options (check, credit card, and no payment) are available to the Admin**
