It is possible for an admin to register a player themselves by using their administrative account. This can be beneficial if you are registering someone that does not fall within the proper date ranges, if they are registering late, if you wish to adjust the price of the division or if they mailed in a paper form.
Steps to register a participant logged in as the admin
- Log in with your username/password
- Go to Admin>>Admin Manual Order
- If customer does not have an account click on Add New Customer
**We recommend having the customer at least create their account in advance** - If customer has an account select their name in the drop down box

- From their My Account Screen click Register Now in the upper left corner
**You may need to add the participant. If so click the green plus sign next to Add Participant** - The available divisions will appear. If registering up a division you will need to click More to view ALL divisions
- Select division and click next
- At shopping cart you can edit the price by entering a new amount under “Edit Price” then click next
- Continue through the following screens, filling out all appropriate information and clicking continue until you reach the checkout screen
- Be sure to adjust the payment amount to zero if the parent will be mailing a check.
- Click submit on checkout screen.
**When paying by check, both payment options, check and credit card are available to the Admin**
