Report Wizard 2.0 Overview
We have completely enhanced your reporting capabilities with the new Report Wizard 2.0. This new and improved wizard allows for more flexible reporting by giving you more control over the fields and conditions used to generate the report. All setup is done on a single screen, allowing you to see everything about the report without having to switch between multiple steps. Lastly, and most importantly, this Wizard is faster than ever, allowing you to generate custom reports with thousands of records in minutes. We will start off with an explanation of the different sections, followed by a basic step by step process to create a report.
There are three “Global” reports to get you started: Enrollment Details (Global), Volunteer Details (Global) and Open Orders Line Item Report (Global). You can either view the report as is or customize it and save your changes for future use.
Steps to View a Report:
- Click on the view link by the report name.

- The screen will refresh and you can export the report to Excel.
Steps to Edit and Customize a Report:
This section will allow you to choose the different fields you want added to the report (i.e. Player Birth Date, Player Gender, etc.)
- To add columns to your report "Click here to add new column" and choose the field you want added

- To add sorting, click on Sorting column and choose your sorting preference. You can also change sorting by clicking on the sorting area to the right and changing any of the sorting criteria.

- To add filters or "conditions", click on "Click here to add new condition" and choose your filter or condition statement. You can also change or remove any of the conditions by unchecking the condition.

- To add Custom Questions to your report, select the question type from the drop down menu, the Question grid will refresh with your available program options. For Additional Player Information (API) questions, first select the Program and then choose the question.

- Once you have customized your report, you can:
- Save it by giving it a name and clicking Save As.
- Run Report- this will display the results
- Export to Excel- this will export the report results to excel
