Remove an Order from a Shopping Cart

Steps to Remove an Item from the Shopping Cart

  1. Go to Admin>>Admin Manual Order and choose the Account Name from the drop down list.
  2. Once in the account, click on the "Go to Shopping Cart" option in the upper right side of the screen.
  3. On the Shopping Cart Details page, click in the "Remove" box.
  4. Click "Update Cart" to finalize the removal.  (Doing this will remove the incomplete order from your Shopping Cart Report.)
