We have had some admin's contact us that they can not see reports being generated after selecting some of the different reports from their site. These reports include the Upward ULM reports, Tryout Status Reports, and the Shopping Cart Report. Since these reports open in new windows, your internet browser may be blocking it as it considers it a pop-up. To correct this issue, you can try holding down the control (Ctrl) button on your keyboard to take away any of the hidden pop-up blockers. You can also follow these steps while in your internet browser:
a.Go to Tools>>Pop Up Blocker>>Pop Up Blocker Settings
b.In the "Address of website to allow" text box, type in " *.bluesombrero.com "
c.Click Add
d.Click Close
